The option "Yes" should selected be if the Seller has a current V5C for the vehicle. This may also be known as the log book or registration book. It is a document provided by the DVLA which shows the ownership and registered keeper of the vehicle. The option "No" should be selected if the seller does not have the V5C for the vehicle. In this circumstance, a new V5C should be obtained. A duplicate can be obtained from the DVLA website. Where changes within the log book are required, a brand new form can be obtained by completing the V62 application process.
